My cousin ordered a medium fish (cod) and chips to go. She asked for them to be wrapped separately. We had to wait - my cousin said everything was fried to order. When our food was being wrapped to go I noticed the huge amount of chips. Thankfully my cousin lives nearby and we were able the eat both. The fish fillets were huge, fried just right & had a good taste. The chips were good- just so many. The next time I'm in Bristol I'd order food from this shop.

Genuinely the nicest chippy i’ve ever had! Fish wasn’t huge but it was so tasty and so soft. The chips were lovely and the batter sausages are so thick and flavoursome. Fish came with tartar sauce and it was lovely. Curry sauce was really flavoursome too. My favorite chippy around.

Undoubtedly the greatest chippy in Bristol, maybe even England. The quantity of fries is gigantically ginormous and could feed the entirety of crow lane, which it already has because when i buy these chips hundreds of people flock around me to get some. I feel like jesus feeding the five thousand. The salt + vinegar + gravy combo is heavenly. The service is perfect and there is nothing to complain about except for the fact that the amount of chips they give you in a large has been visibly diminishing. Hopefully they will go back to serving the old portions.
